thats all. i've been loving my weekends way too much. mozzarella sticks, chips, popcorn, french fries. gah. but im only 129. i mean thats not good at all. but better than 132 i guess.
gah. i gotta get going on this. i need to lose weight. what should i do? should i start out high-ish on calories then work my way down? because i sometimes eat breakfast, i eat some lunch at school, then im so hungry when i get home i binge so hard. fuck. im so ashamed. i have honestly failed ana. fuck me. i have never seen 123 on the scale. and i havent seen 126 in months. wtf?
they always say breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, dinner like a pauper! maybe you could skip breakfast and then combine the calories you would have with breakfast to your lunch and have a 2-in-1 lunch? then you won't be hungry when you get home? i usually slept in too much and never had time for breakfast, and it didn't bother me so much. good luck x
ReplyDeleteNEVERRRRRR skip breakfast. its the only meal you can totally burn off and it boosts your metabolism for the day. a piece of fruit in the morning or whatever fits your fancy. but no one needs dinner.

ReplyDeleteLola's completely right about breakfast, never skip it and try your hardest to have all your calories then! Then the best way to prevent a binge at night is to either go to sleep as early as possible, or just lock yourself away from wherever food is being kept.

I know it's so hard losing weight, but you can do it if you set your mind to it.
